Are you expecting? Massage therapy is encouraged to help relieve pregnancy related changes to your body pre and post delivery! You will each have individually tailored treatments but manual therapy, positioning and self-care regimen will be modified for the mother, making sure that we provide a safe treatment to suit your specific needs.

Prenatal massage is safe throughout the whole duration of pregnancy. With a background in high-risk pregnancy clinic at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto and pregnancy specific clinics, your session is tailored based on your health history intake and goals (ie. positioning, techniques, pressure points etc. ) Prenatal safe exercises will be recommended for pregnancy related pain and can be adjusted until full-term.
