Are you expecting? Massage therapy is encouraged to help relieve pregnancy related changes to your body pre and post delivery! You will each have individually tailored treatments but manual therapy, positioning and self-care regimen will be modified for the mother, making sure that we provide a safe treatment to suit your specific needs.

Reconnect with yourself by listening to your body. Understanding where and why you hold tension in certain areas might be able to help you adjust your routine and create better habits. We want to provide a space where you can let go and learn how to manage your physical tension.

Prenatal massage is safe throughout the whole duration of pregnancy. With a background in high-risk pregnancy clinic at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto and pregnancy specific clinics, your session is tailored based on your health history intake and goals (ie. positioning, techniques, pressure points etc. ) Prenatal safe exercises will be recommended for pregnancy related pain and can be adjusted until full-term.

Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% (1st no show), 75% (2nd no show) or 100% ( 3 or more no shows) of the treatment price. Unpaid cancellation fees and recurring no shows may disable you from booking online.
